Our History

Hall Morrice LLP formed in 1976 to offer accountancy services to owner managed businesses across North East Scotland. Since then our firm has grown from strength to strength through both merger and organic growth.

Our client base crosses major sectors including oil and gas, construction, retail and service industries.

Historically our principal activities were accounting, audit and taxation services. In 2006 the firm expanded into corporate finance.

Our Corporate Finance and Business Advisory division advises clients across the full spectrum of corporate advisory services to businesses looking for a proactive, innovative approach from their professional advisors, from international and long established corporates, to high growth and technology driven companies.
