Scott Taylor
Director, Corporate Finance
Scott is the firm’s first director of Corporate Finance and Business Advisory services. As well as being responsible for development of new business for our Corporate Finance and Business Advisory team, Scott advises clients across the entire spectrum of corporate finance activity from MBO/I’s to corporate acquisitions, disposals and debt/equity fundraisings.
Scott moved from Chartered Accountancy to commercial banking in 2003, before returning to the profession to take on the newly created role at Hall Morrice LLP in 2009. Scott’s previous experience in corporate banking gives his clients an invaluable insight to building ‘finance ready’ structures.
